POLICY DESK

Reaching Us About Terms And Account Rules

Questions about a clause are welcome before you accept anything, and our team answers them in the same plain English the terms are written in. Message us and we will point you to the exact section that applies to you.

Live Chat

Chat opens inside your account area from morning to late night Pakistan time. Describe the clause you are unsure about and an agent will quote the exact wording back to you.

Email Support

Write to our policy desk with your account number and the heading you want clarified. Email suits longer questions about withdrawals, verification checks or how a rule applies to your own situation.

Self-Serve Pages

Reference pages sit beside these terms and explain account verification, wallet timings and device sign-in in everyday language. Each page links straight back to the term it supports.

POLICY CRAFT

How We Write And Check These Terms

Every clause here is drafted by our own legal team, then checked against the way the platform actually behaves — the top-up flow, the live table schedule, the withdrawal queue. If the...

Operator Voice

These pages are written by the people who run the lobby, not by an outside agency. We describe our own payment rails, our own verification steps and our own support hours.

Plain Language

We avoid legal padding because you should be able to follow a rule in one pass. Where a term is unavoidable, we gloss it in the same paragraph instead of sending you elsewhere.

Version History

Each update carries a date and a short line naming what changed, so you can compare the agreement you accepted with the one now in force before you keep using the account.

Local Grounding

We name the rails you actually use in Pakistan — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast — and state how each one interacts with the account rules rather than leaving it vague.

Consistency Checks

Our support scripts, wallet pages and these terms are checked against each other on a schedule. When a rule changes on one page, the matching sentence here is updated too.

No Hidden Schedules

Extra schedules that matter to you, including verification steps, withdrawal windows and device sign-in rules, sit on this page rather than in a document you cannot reach.

How This Page Sits With Our Other Policies

Terms & Conditions is the parent agreement; the other policy pages here spell out a single subject in more depth. Read this page first for the framework, then...

Parent Agreement
This page carries the framework: who may hold an account, how disputes move forward, what happens if access ends. Sibling pages expand single topics without changing that framework.
Account Rules Page
Sign-up, one-account-per-person expectations, verification documents and closure live on their own page. Read that page second, since it assumes these terms are already accepted.
Payments Page
Wallet timings for JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast, along with withdrawal queues, are detailed separately. The terms here only state that those rails sit inside the same agreement.
Privacy Page
How we store your details, who inside the company can see them and how long they stay on file is a separate subject. This page covers your obligations, not the handling of data.
Game Rules Page
Table limits, settlement of sportsbook markets and how a slot round resolves belong with the games themselves. Where a game rule and a general clause differ, the game rule governs.
Fair Use Page
Automated play, account sharing and collusion at live tables are addressed on a page of their own. Read it alongside this agreement if you plan to use more than one device.
Conflict Order
If two pages appear to disagree, this agreement wins unless the sibling page is explicitly named as taking priority. We flag any such exception in the section it applies to.

Questions You Ask About These Terms

The moment you open an account and tick the acceptance box. Until then this page is simply here to read, and nothing on it binds you to anything.

No, but we suggest the account framework and wallet sections first. They cover what you must do and what you can expect from us when money moves.

We post the new version here with its date and a short summary, and we flag material changes in your account area. Continuing to use the account means you accept them.

Where local law does not permit a clause, that clause is cut back to the extent required and the rest of the agreement continues to apply to your account as normal.

Either side can end the arrangement. You can close from your account area, and we can suspend access where the agreement is broken, with any balance handled under the wallet rules.

The terms state the governing law and the route for disputes in the section near the end, and support will walk you through that wording if you need help with it.
